Mauro has over 6 years experience in games, kinematics, vfx and feature movies.
His credits include movies such as Clash of the Titans, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, War Horse, Sherlock Holmes, Wrath of the Titans and Gravity.
He started his career in Scotland in the games industry where he worked on motostorm, flashpoint and killzone kinematics. He then joined the Research and Development department at UK based studio Eurocom, where he implemented numerous rigging and animation tools and developed a new IK solver.
In 2009 he joined London based studio Framestore. Here, as a rigger, he worked on many movies bringing to life characters such as Medusa and the domestic helves Dobby and Kreacher.
In 2012 he moved to the US where he currently works as Character TD at PDI/Dreamworks. Mauro is a very passionate rigger and is really excited to share is knowledge with you.
