ZBrush - Character Design and Modeling
with Zack Petroc

Course starts 27 April 2009.

Registration: Closed

Come and join Zack Petroc in this brand new online CGworkshop - Character Design and Modeling in ZBrush! With a focus on design and digital sculpting, Zack will mentor and drive students through the process of creating, texturing, and retopologizing a character in ZBrush 3.1.

You’ll learn the cool techniques to keep your creations viable in a production pipeline, without letting pipeline needs rule your creative decisions. Each student will receive Zack’s direct feedback as you progress through each stage of development- focusing on approaches to infuse your sculpt with gesture, rhythm and weight.

A good working knowledge of ZBrush 3.1 is needed, as well as a 2D paint package and a 3D poly modeling software of your choosing (Maya will be used by the instructor).
